The Floriade Expo is an international horticultural 'expo' staged for six months every 10 years.

It offers 40 inspiring country presentations, a spectacular greenhouse complex, a cable car over the Floriade park, pavilions with sustainable innovations and an arts and culture programme.

During the Floriade, the Dutch horticulture sector will exhibit green solutions that can make cities more fun, liveable and sustainable.

Almere is a planned city in the Dutch province of Flevoland.
