The Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has been voted Most Instragrammable Hotel in the World by Luxury Travel Advisor.
The inaugural contest saw 121,000 votes cast online, with Anantara Kihavah taking 45,385 of these.
The resort is located on the western Baa Atoll in a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, some 30-minute seaplane flight from Malé and Velana International Airport.
It comprises 80 thatched-roof pool villas and offers underwater dining and swimming with mantas and turtles.
