​ Kolasin is small mountain town and ski resort in Montenegro's northern region.

Kolašin 1600, which opened in 2019, is the first ski centre in a planned series of on the Bjelasica Mountain.

It is located 2.3 km from the neighboring ski center Kolašin 1450; 85 km from the Capital Podgorica and 12 km from the town of Kolašin.

In time for the winter season, new slopes will be added to Kolasin 1600 in addition to chair lifts, a light system enabling night skiing and a reservoir lake to house an artificial snow system.

Construction of six new luxury hotels is also underway.

Highway Bar-Boljari enables visitors to reach the ski region in about 30 minutes from Podgorica and 45 minutes from its airport.

Montenegro itself is a Balkan country with rugged mountains, medieval villages and a narrow strip of Adriatic coastline beaches.
