Located in the northeast of the country, the Narwiański National Park is a large wetland that offers cycling and discovering a variety of birds and water life.

The Narew Valley is known for its birding opportunities, with 154 species nesting in the valley.

The bike ride to the Kruszewo Observation Tower, offers views of Narew River and marshes.

Pieniny National Park

The Pieniny National Park islocated on the border between Slovakia and Poland's southern tip.

With a third of Pieniny's area protected, this national park offers the chance to spot animals, birds and butterflies unique to the area, including the rare Pieniny WallCreeper.

The Dunajec River flows through the region and is the best way to get around in the park, by traditional raft or kayak.
