Specialist natural world tour operator Naturetrek is adding a series of new vegetarian and vegan wildlife holidays to its portfolio of small group tours and cruises.
Naturetrek has responded to interest in, and demand for, vegan and vegetarian dining options with its new itineraries, for health, animal welfare or sustainability.
The trips include travelling to the forested mountains of Andalucía's Serranía de Ronda and a safari through India's tiger reserves.
Naturetrek has identified hotel partners in the best areas for wildlife which will cater well to those who prefer a meat-free or plant-based diet.

Wildlife of Italy's Northern Alps
A tour of Italy's northern Alps on an 8-day tour to spot summer alpine wildlife and staying at a vegan hotel.
There are excursions to Alpine pastures and meadows search for plant species such as the Lesser Butterfly Orchid, One-flowered Wintergreen and Edelweiss along with butterflies and a possible rare sighting of Alpine Marmot and Alpine Ibex.
Birding can include spotting the Lammergeier along with the Nutcracker and Black Woodpecker.
