New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna Beach, which is located an hour's drive from Orlando, is the second oldest city in Florida, and celebrated its 250th birthday in 2018.

Located north of Kennedy Space Center and south of Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach is a beach town with a lush tropical landscape, white sand beach, colourful architecture, and a vibrant community.

Canal Street and Flagler Avenue lined with boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, independent stores along with bars and breweries, independent restaurants and artisanal coffee shops.

The area has 17 miles of sandy beaches from Ponce de Leon Inlet to Canaveral National Seashore.

The Indian River Lagoon, North America's most diverse estuary system, runs through a New Smyrna Beach and is home to more than 4,000 species of plants, animals, birds and marine life.

Set to open in 2023 is a new, 114 room hotel, Hyatt Place hotel in the Third Avenue while the Salty Mermaid oceanfront hotel will undergo a complete redevelopment.
