One&Only Portonovi will open Montenegro's Adriatic Riviera in Spring 2021, in Herceg Novi, known as City of flowers.

Located on the Balkan Peninsula, Montenegro offers 'big experiences in a small and accessible environment' including the Montenegrin hills and the Adriatic coast; nature reserves and national parks; caves and canyons and 117 beaches along a 180 mile coastline.

One&Only Portonovi, the luxury hotelier's first property in Europe, will be located 50 minutes from Tivat Airport and one hour from Dubrovnik

The year-round destination resort will showcase 113 luxury guestrooms, suites and villas and 10 One&Only Private Homes with views of the UNESCO World Heritage site Bay of Kotor.

At the centre of the resort is Chenot Espace, offering treatments scientifically designed to enhance guests' vitality and optimum health along with 11 pools, and access to a private beach and jetty.

One&Only Portonovi will also feature restaurants that include celebrity chef-led Sabia by Giorgio Locatelli.

Recent years have seen well-known upscale hotel brands invest in Montenegro's Adriatic coast along with many luxury five-star boutique hotels.
