The newly opened Paradiso Pure.Living is the first 100% vegetarian hotel in the Dolomites mountain range in northeastern Italy

It's on Alpe di Siusi, Europe's largest high alpine pasture.

The hotel's contemporary vegetarian cuisine focuses on organic products and plant-based food delivered from sustainable suppliers.

In doing so it believes the 'Art of Vegetarianism blends conscious food choices with holistic well-being through creativity, exquisiteness of fine flavours'.

The hotel also supports a range of contemporary art that allow guests to enjoy its high altitude art collection.

Paradiso Pure.Living, which is part of the Grean Pearls portfolio of sustainable hotels and restaurants, has stopped providing 3000 single-use slippers each year, and which take 40 years to decompose.
