Wilderness Safari is set to open its new Qorokwe camp in the wildlife-rich Qorokwe Concession in Botswana's south-eastern Okavango Delta, in December 2017.

The area offers diverse landscapes, including acacia and mopane woodlands, seasonal and permanent floodplains and riverine islands along the Gomoti and Santantadibe Channels.

Guests can take day and night game drives and nature walks and there will also be mokoro and boating activities depending on the water levels.

The camp, which will have eight elegant tented suites and one spacious family suite with its own splash pool, is committed to protecting the environment by creating as little eco-footprint as possible.

It will be 100% solar powered and all water will be heated by thermodynamic solar geysers.
