Ranjit Recommends: Visit Morocco
During the informative part of the event, there were 14 suppliers present that showcased a plethora of luxurious Riads (traditional Moroccan houses), resorts, culinary delights, historical & cultural trails and outdoor activities on offer throughout these storied North African shores. Furthermore, there were local samples of Moroccan fashion and flavours, such as soaps and purses.
Each supplier ensured full engagement from agencies and journalists with a touch screen quiz at the end of each presentation. Indeed, the 78 attendees were divided into groups as they went around the 14 tables with continual ideas being bounced off one another as the atmosphere became a melting pot of Visit Morocco enthusiasts. Indeed, the winners of the quiz received glorious gifts.
The evening concluded with a melodious theme of Moroccan instrumental music over the course of a sumptuous three course meal. The lineup on the menu was befitting of the fusion based Moroccan cuisine that combines the best of the Mediterranean and North Africa. Dishes included Hummus, Tangines, Olives, Roasted Vegetables and Moroccan cake.
