The Eco Beach Tent by Billiton on Belitung Island

AO-Belit-2

The Eco Beach Tent by Billiton is an eco-retreat located in the North West of Belitung Island on the Belitung beach.

To protect the environment and reduce the CO2 footprint, the tents in the Eco Beach Tent by Billiton have built using local wood and natural materials including nipa palm, coconut leave and dolken logs.

Many trees and green areas are protected by minimizing vegetation clearing, excavation, and chemical use.

The resort also embraces the use of green building materials.

Furnishings have been handcrafted from waste timber of nearby construction to make a valuable contribution by reducing wood consumption and driftwood provides an artsy addition to dwellings.

Healthy spring water was captured from the nearest sources, which contains no chemical additives.

Just off the coast of Belitung are small, uninhabited islands that can be rented privately for a day.

These are surrounded by coconut palms, steeply rising granite rocks and white, soft sandy beaches.

This own island option can take in snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddling, or private massages.

The property is part of the Green Pears portfolio.
