​ The Trianon Palace Versailles, a Waldorf Astoria Hotel, has been ranked Top Resort Hotel in France in Travel + Leisure's 2017 World's Best Awards.

With a 94.91% score, the Versailles hotel was rewarded for 'its exceptional quality of service and its unparalleled historic location, next to the Château de Versailles', and still close to Paris.

The hotel openedin 1910, when visitors were drawn to the hotel by its luxurious accommodation and the calm of its royal surroundings.
