I am a travel writer/photographer based in Denver, Colorado, USA. I have been a free-lance photographer for thirty years and honed my writing skills in the University of Colorado - Boulder Environmental Journalism program in the early 2000s. In the United States my documentary projects focus on freshwater environments with an emphasis on sustainable use and conservation of those environments in the Southwest, and in the Great Lakes region. My international areas of interest and expertise include Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile.
