Wilderness Shumba and Busanga Bush Camp, Zambia

 The Wilderness Shumba and Busanga Bush camps are found in Kafue National Park's remote Busanga Plains.

Kafue, which is located in western Zambia, is the oldest and largest of the country's national parks.

From June through October, guests have the chance to explore some 28,000 hectares of private wilderness.

 The Busanga Plains, known as the 'Plains of Plenty'.

It is home to over 55 species of large mammals, including hippos, 20 types of antelope, six cat species including the Busanga lion prides and more than 500 bird species.

Wilderness is a leading conservation and hospitality company with more than 60 camps and lodges in eight countries.

It helps protect some 2.3 million hectares (6 million acres) of exclusive wilderness, and aims to double that by 2030.
