Atlantic Canada
Atlantic Canada is the region of Eastern Canada.
It comprises the three provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island on the Atlantic coast (excluding Quebec) and the easternmost province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The Bluenose II
A programme of special events are being planned to mark the centennial of the launch of The Bluenose, Canada's most famous tallship.
Starting with a birthday event in Lunenburg in March, activities will run throughout the year with a highlight being a celebration festival planned for August as well as 100 days of harbour tours with each sail telling a themed story relating the history of The Bluenose.
The Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic will also expand and revise its Bluenose exhibit to mark the celebration.
Other events being planned for the commemoration include night markets, dory and schooner races and a parade of sail.

The Muir Hotel
The Muir Hotel, opening in 2021, will be Nova Scotia's first five-star hotel and the centrepiece of the new Queen's Marque district on the historic Halifax waterfront.
The hotel's contemporary design will honour traditional material and craftsmanship.
The hotel will offer 110 rooms with furniture, inspired by a modern east coast aesthetic.
Charlottetown's Arts Hotel
Located on the site of Myron's nightclub in downtown Charlottetown, the new Arts Hotel offers 80 modern yet affordable rooms.
The hotel also features a dedicated guest lounge and Salvador Dali Café to wind down and relax after a busy day of exploring.
Red Rock Adventure
Red Rock Adventures is offering a wilderness dining experience in the St Martins sea caves.
At low tide, travellers will make their way to a secluded beach area in the St Martins sea caves which are part of the UNESCO Fundy Biosphere Reserve and Stonehammer UNESCO Global Geopark.
The meal will comprise locally-inspired cuisine prepared by a top national chef.
While dining on the ocean floor, diners are entertained with stories about the cultural and natural history of the area.
As there are only certain evenings of the summer where the tides allow this to happen, it is exclusive in every way and will be offered three or four times a summer.
Anne of Green Gables
Anne of Green Gables was written by Island author L.M Montgomery and Green Gables Heritage Place is the fictional home of Anne Shirley, the red-haired heroine.
Visitors can immerse themselves in the story's landscape and relive her youthful adventures by touring the home and the newly rehabilitated site, which includes a visitor centre with an exhibit hall and updated interpretive elements.
