Casa Modesta : Grandpa’s House on the Algarve

As a partner of the Foundation for Environmental Education, the hotel encourages guests to practise sustainable tourism and to explore the surrounding Nature Reserve and beaches.
The hotel offers traditional cooking courses, using local produce, pottery courses and spa treatments with extracts from local almonds, olives, and fleur de sel (a rare form of salt).
Casa Modesta has won Best Green Hotel in the Condé Nast Johansens Awards in 2017.
