Cebu in the Philippines Central Visayas region, comprising Cebu Island and more than 150 smaller surrounding islands and islets.

Condé Nast Traveler declared Cebu the 'Top Island in Asia' in its 2020 Readers' Choice Awards.



Cebu City its port capital is the country's oldest city retains landmarks from its 16th-century Spanish colonial past, including the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño church and triangular Fort San Pedro.

The island offers a range of activities from bustling nightlife to beaches and waterfalls.

The Sinulog Festival in honor of the infant Jesus (Sto. Niño) is held annually in January.

South Cebu is known for its canyoneering, the best lechon (roasted pig) and sardines run.

North Cebu has its dive spots, rich marine life and less crowded white-sand beaches.
