Ride the South Wales Coast

This trip offers five days of guided cycling from Swansea to St Davids, taking in the wild beauty of Wales' coastal paths.

It includes riding the Gower Peninsula, through the wetland conservation areas of Llanelli, across the River Towy and along the Pembrokeshire coast.

It provides the chance to spot some of Britain's best waterbird species including marsh harriers, merlins, kingfishers and British Steel Hides.

Walking in Cornwall

Walking the Celtic kingdom of Cornwall, this five-day trip combines walking along the county's north and south coasts taking in the beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay, the cliffs at Stepper Point where Peregrine Falcons are known to nest and the South West Coastal Path.

The trip also includes the medieval harbour of Padstow, visits to the Lanhydrock, the Fowey Estuary, Restormel Castle and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Walking the Antrim Way

This self-guided walk along part of the Antrim Way explores one of the most beautiful sections of Ireland's northern coast.

It takes in the Glens of Antrim, the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede bridge, passing rugged and windswept cliffs and unspoiled beaches. The trip finishes in Bushmills and the chance to visit the distillery there.

Oxford to Bath cycle

From Oxford, home to the oldest university in England, the cycle route travels first along the Oxford Canal and then between the villages of the southern Cotswolds to Bath, with its Roman baths and Georgian architecture.

The route passes through some of the best of the Cotswold villages including Minster Lovell with its Cotswold stone and thatched cottages on the River Windrush, the medieval town of Burford and Bibury.
