Five of Spain's coastal destinations have joined forces to launch Playas sin Límite (Beaches Without Limits).

Under the slogan Experience Them All Year, the five destinations are :

• Costa del Sol
• Almería, Lanzarote
• Rías
• Baixas, and
• Santander

They will offer nautical activities, pet-friendly spaces, coastal hiking trails and astrotourism beyond the peak summer season.

Costa del Sol

Through Costa del Sol Wine Experiences and the Ronda and Málaga Wine Route, the municipality aims to boost experiential tourism blending agricultural, cultural, and gastronomic elements.

The creation of the Turismo Azul (Blue Tourism) programme seeks to enhance maritime tourism through sustainable and innovative sea-based experiences.

Almería

Almería is focused on attracting nature-respecting visitors year-round with experiences across wellness, culture, nature, and guided tours.

Almeria will highlight Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, which is Andalucia's largest protected coastal area.

Lanzarote

Lanzarote tourism focuses on its sun and beach along with the island's close collaboration with nautical experiences outside of the peak summer period.

Rías Baixas

Rías Baixas will focus on territorial cohesion and sustainable mobility that reflect the region's drive to advance sustainable development and modernise the destination.

Santander

Striving to make its coastline a year-round asset, the municipality will look to preserve the Bay of Santander by restoring and reintegrating areas of high ecological value into tidal systems.

This offers sailing, surfing, gastronomy, and cultural oceanic heritage, the destination seeks to promote recreational and social tourism from a sustainable perspective.
