The Vallarta Botanical Garden in the Mexican resort town of Puerto Vallarta, on Mexico's Pacific coast, has been named one of the Top 10 North American Gardens Worth Travelling For at the 2019 Canadian Garden Tourism Awards

Located15 miles from the city's historic centre it has 3,000 plant species with the Carnivorous Plant Collection; Rose Garden; Orchid House; Palm Garden; Tree Fern Grotto and the Mexican Agave Gardens.
