EJ hails from the rolling green countryside of Wales but considers herself a world citizen, & cares not a jot how hipster that may sound!
After studying four Modern European languages at university, she travelled the world for eight years teaching English as a foreign language to students aged 3 to 73, from the warm shores of the Caribbean to the dark depths of Russia & all manner of countries in between.
Returning to the UK at thirty, she set up an independent travel agency, Infinite Travel, specialising in honeymoons. She also discovered the magical term ‘familiarisation trip’. Complimentary hosting in incredible locations to better understand & then sell destinations and hotel brands being very welcome perks of the job!
The stresses of the cut-throat competitiveness of the travel industry lead her to branch into writing, a passion she’s been brushing under the carpet for too long!
