The Calvià 365 Foundation
The Calvià 365 Foundation is geared to promoting Calvià outside of the high season through the culture, sports and gastronomy.

The Magaluf Promenade
Supported by the European Union's Next Generation EU funds and the island's the Sustainable Tourism Tax (ITS), the new promenade will offer a more accessible, sustainable, and modern environment for residents and visitors.
This second phase of this project is taking place with the inauguration of the new promenade set for 27 June 2026 with a beachfront celebration.
Punta Ballena Street and Calle Blanc
Renovation works will also take place along Punta Ballena and Calle Blanc, known more colloquially the 'Magaluf strip'.
The project is geared to positioning Magaluf as a modern, inclusive and high-quality destination.
Hotel Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra
The new Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra is a complete renovation of the Punta Negra Hotel and its Mediterranean gardens and with direct access to two beaches.
It will be the first Mandarin Oriental resort in Mallorca and the third in Spain, joining those in Madrid and Barcelona.
Some €200 million is being invested to transform the complex into a five-star luxury hotel.Carmelo Calvià Beach
Caramelo Hotels, the premium adults-only brand, will relaunch the former Cooks Calvià Beach for summer 2026.
Located close to the beach in one of Mallorca's most vibrant areas, the hotel will feature 211 rooms, a large pool, bar, several terraces.
Mallorca is one of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean known for beach resorts, sheltered coves, limestone mountains and Roman and Moorish remains.
Capital Palma has the Moorish Almudaina royal palace and 13th-century Santa María Cathedral.
