Hotel Valldemossa, Mallorca
It Mallorca will add the Hotel Valldemossa to its high-end boutique portfolio in February 2024.
A manor house in the Sierra de Tramuntana UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Hotel Valldemossa is a stroll to the village of the same name.
Surrounded by olive and almond trees, the village is known for its cobbled streets lined with cafes, shops, and art galleries.
The area is also known for its hiking and cycling with routes on rural roads or the challenging ascent to Sa Calobra, a winding path leading to lighthouses, historic castles and coves.
Hotel Valldemossa will offer bike rental, guided routes, maps with personalised routes, a repair workshop and bike cleaning facilities.
Once part of the Royal Charterhouse Palace, Hotel Valldemossa will now be a destination in itself with twelve adult-only exclusive rooms, an indoor and outdoor pool and spa known as the Sanctuary.
Its 'gastronomic space' De Tokio a Lima will serve a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist.
The hotel will display works of art created in collaboration with local artists,
